Where are you located?
We're tucked away on Zonolite Place NE! You'll spot our patio across from the entrance to Zonolite Park and around the corner from Dovetail Carpentry.
What if I'm not flexible?
That's okay! Yoga is a practice that can be tailored for everyone. Flexibility not required!
What do I need?
Just yourself and some comfortable, flexible clothing! We have mats and everything else, we do recommend eventually owning a mat that works best for you.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your class start time. This will give you enough time to find a spot, get settled, and relax before class.
What do I do when I get there?
If it's your first time, ask your instructor for a Client Information sheet! Then, make sure you check in on the iPad. In the studio, align your mat perpendicular to the instructor's unless otherwise indicated.
What classes are right for me?
For beginners, we highly recommend Beginner Yoga (of course!), Restorative, Yin, and Meditation classes. But, feel free to adventure to other classes --just be sure let your instructor know you're new!
Yes! If you're pregnant, injured, or recovering from an illness or injury, please let your instructor know before class.
We start class on time and lock the front door approximately 5 minutes after class begins. This is for the comfort, respect, and safety of our students.
We ask that no cell phones be brought into the studio. Please leave them out in the lobby. In the case of an emergency, let your instructor know that you need to bring your phone in with you.
To respect the meditative aspect of the yoga practice, please keep conversations in the yoga studio to a minimum. You are more than welcome to gather in the lobby or on our patio!
No Show for Class Package Holders: Your package will be deducted one class if you do not show up to class without calling or e-mailing ahead of time.
We do understand that emergencies happen, so please let us know via e-mail or calling at your earliest convenience if an emergency arises.
"There is nothing more pure in this world than knowledge of the true self. In due time, this will come to the devoted practitioner of yoga." - Bhagavad Gita
