Contrary to popular belief, stress is not inherently bad. Stress can enhance our performance, and it can save us from life-threatening situations! In this workshop, we’ll address the benefits of stress from a yogic perspective, as well as how to manage the trickier form of stress, chronic stress, through practical yoga tips and techniques.
