About the Event
Nourish your sense of self by exploring the spiritual and therapeutic benefits of Yoga. This afternoon immersion will combine physical practice and group discussion to explore energy philosophy, somatic anatomy, pranayama breathing, mantra chanting, writing, and creative meditation. You will learn practical methods for self-care to balance your energy, cultivate confidence, and empower your life. Students of all levels are welcome, and CEUs will be available to registered teachers. Please bring a journal / notebook, a light snack, and anything else you need for a full afternoon of movement, learning, and play!
