About the Event
Here we let the week settle. Using a mix of breathwork, Yin, Restorative, and Hatha Yoga, we lean into the stiffness and stress that our minds and bodies may be holding from the week, then release it so we can relax into the weekend.
What to expect:
We begin with Yin Yoga, a practice designed to release physical tension, or a short flow to loosen the body. The class then moves into Restorative Yoga, a practice that supports your body so that you can release mental tension. You will hold resting poses for several minutes that are designed to make you feel safe and held so your mind can relax.
What to bring:
Props! Have a blanket, pillow or bolster, blocks, and straps handy. If you need props we can sell them to you!!
