Come and rejuvenate!
Receive 90 minutes of pure deep relaxation with restful restorative yoga to calm your mind, relax and release tension in the body and rewire your nervous system :)
During the class you’ll receive Reiki from both Daniella and Nikki certified & experienced reiki practitioners
Reiki is healing energy that has the ability to create shifts in your life, heal emotional/mental patterns and/or suffering, clear your energy and set you up on a new path for success within and externally
