Our Focus:

Join us for a retreat with a holistic approach — encompassing yoga with hands on adjustments, deep meditation, myofascial release, bodywork, restorative yoga and more!  

Weekend includes all food and drink and programming. Private sessions and massages can be purchased separately.

Morning:

• 7:00 AM: Awakening breathwork session by the river

• 7:30 AM: Sunrise yoga tailored with individual adjustments

• 9:00 AM: Nourishing breakfast

Mid-Morning:

• 10:30 AM: Guided meditation

• 11:30 AM: Personal reflection time or nature walk

Afternoon:

• 1:00 PM: Wholesome lunch sourced from local ingredients

• 2:30 PM: Workshop on myofascial release techniques

• 4:00 PM: Free time for journaling, massage, or simply relaxing by the river

Evening:

• 6:00 PM: Deep-dive bodywork session and slow flow yoga

• 7:30 PM: Communal dinner under the stars

• 9:00 PM: Fireside group sharing and reflection by the fire pit
