About the Event
Join Leigh on Saturday April 29th for a workshop designed around beginning anew as we enter the Spring season. During the workshop students will nourish their minds with meditation and their bodies through a physical Asana practice that will incorporate both static and rhythmic movement as well as restorative. The workshop will close out by nurturing our surroundings in revitalizing the PMY garden.
