About the Event

Experience deep rest and balance your nervous system. Yoga nidra is a gentle guided meditation practice where you don't have to "do" anything but lie down, get supremely comfortable, and listen to the teacher's voice guide you into a liminal space between sleep and wakefulness. 

This non-sleep deep rest practice gives your body and mind a chance to completely relax and break the constant cycle of doing that leads to exhaustion. Among its many benefits, it can help you finally feel rested, help with sleep issues, manifest your intentions, increase creativity and focus, and experience deep peace.

Sarah Eiler with Deep Rest Yoga will guide you on a peaceful journey through the different layers or "koshas" of your body using various techniques such as body scans, gentle breath work, and visualizations.

 Yoga nidra is accessible to everyone-- no yoga or meditation experience is required. All the props you need will be provided but feel free to bring a favorite cozy blanket or pillow.
