New Year's Eve Sound Immersion & Restorative Yoga

You are invited to RING IN THE NEW YEAR with Pure Motion Yoga!!  Kim Thompson will lead an hour-long restorative practice to center and connect us to Self, Source and the planet.  All the while, Becky Shanks, Presents of Mind Hypnosis, will be creating and holding a sacred container of pure intention, soothing vibration as well as the healing frequencies of crystal singing alchemy bowls.
