What to expect: We will guide you through a few journals prompts united with Astro insights to discover what cosmic dots are connecting for you to cultivate a mind, body, spirit congruency. 

Next, you will lie down on your yoga mat to receive a beautiful and relaxing sound bath exploring the Divine within. In closing, there will be opportunity for sharing if you feel called and then we will collectively seal in the good vibes we co-created with a few mantras. 

What to bring: What ever makes you feel comfortable such as a blanket or pillow. The yoga studio will provide bolsters and has mats of needed.
