Stephy Joy moves through the world as a Visionary Movement Artist and Embodiment Teacher passionate about creating space for humans to reclaim a harmonious relationship with self, each other and with our Great Mother Earth. Stephy discovered her love of teaching dance in 2002, and has been teaching movement, in various capacities ever since. She has been teaching yoga in the Atlanta area since her certification with the Himalayan Yoga Institute in 2013, and has since studied and integrated Thai massage, Budokon yoga, Bowspring, and Restorative yoga into her practice and teachings.
