Invert your perspective with Angela Hales! Whether you are just beginning to experiment with inversions or have an advanced inversion practice, this workshop is for you! An inversion is any shape in which the heart is above the head. So, whether or not you’re looking to achieve “air-time,” there are inversions for you! We will cover how to practice inversions safely, and discuss how common injuries can impact an inversion practice.

*Recommended Prerequisite: A regular asana practice of at least 3 months is strongly encouraged, so as to have established a foundation for playing with inversions!
