Elizabeth Dalrymple, a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist, who will assess your body for mobility and stability limitations keeping your body from achieving balance and performing it's best. Â Â These free screens will be held at Pure Motion Yoga from 5:30pm- 8pm. There's only 8-time slots available for each day so make sure you sign up today!Â
