Explore flowing movements using breath as your guide. We will use breath, sound (Chanting) and mudras to guide our movements intelligently, in and out of postures. (Vinyasa -> Vi= Intelligent/Appropriate Nyasa = Placement). The class will have elements of strength, flexibility and relaxation as well as Pranayama and Meditation. This class is open to students of all levels.
