Couples Yoga Workshop

We are offering this workshop to deepen connection and intimacy through this curated experience of partner yoga and acro yoga. We will start our time together with partner assisted warmup and stretching, then proceed to a couple of beginners acroyoga poses. We will be exploring how to effectively communicate with each other via verbal/tactile cues and how to express/receive requests with kindness. This workshop will finish with Thai therapeutic bodywork for a little TLC for you and your partner. No prior experience is necessary, only a curious mindset. Bring a loved one (your valentine or close friend) and join us for a magical afternoon of connection and love.
