In this 2-hour workshop, you will get an opportunity : To learn the basics of conscious breathing To participate in 60-mins of conscious breathing session To connect to your body, mind, and spirit through your breath To clear and remove energy blockages and release trauma on an emotional, physical, and energetical level

About Vonny Stella

Vonny Stella is a certified Breathwork Facilitator and Usui Reiki Master Teacher. She is originally from Indonesia and moved to Atlanta in June 2021. She was trained by Anthony Abbagnano, the founder of Alchemy of Breath, and graduated as Reiki Master Teacher from Asian Healing Arts Center, Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Her mission in life is to get as many people as possible to experience the healing and restorative power of the breath so they can access a space of compassion for themselves, connect with their true potential, and prepare to take back control of their lives.

Vonny lived and worked with different yoga studios in Ubud, Bali, from 2017 to 2021, and she has been sharing breathwork with over a thousand people from around the world.
