About the Event

Join me, Becky Shanks, Presents of Mind Hypnosis the first Monday of each month at Pure Motion Yoga to relax, release and reset with the sacred sounds of Crystal Tones Singing Alchemy Bowls. Listen and let go as your entire Being comes into harmonic resonance.

The astrology is guiding the collective to gently expand beyond limitation, gracefully release all that no longer serves, and create sacred space in the physical body. Our conditioning continues to place our attention on the past, which compels us to sense into, over-analyze, lower our frequencies and associate into a denser familiar, limited reality...

Instead, imagine the cells of your physical body vibrating and dancing to create more space for your Soul Self to find its groove and sink right in. Sense consciousness holding deep, safe space for your subconscious to open, express, clear. Enjoy nurturing your heart, mind and Soul with intelligent potential and unlimited possibility.

Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets provided. Bring pillows, eye covering, water, crystals, imagination, friends.... whatever you need to fully relax into this immersive sound experience. Please drink lots of water the day of/after the sound bath, as proper hydration allows the body to more effectively move subtle energies, as well as release toxins. Regular class rates apply. Register here.

Becky is quantum healing hypnotist, Reiki Master and intuitive sound practitioner. Her hypnotic healing practice, Presents of Mind, incorporates singing bowls to harmonize conscious and unconscious, masculine and feminine, light and dark. www.presentsofmindhypnosis.com
