AcroYoga Workshop

Learn the art of AcroYoga, a beautiful blend of acrobatics and yoga that cultivates CONNECTION, TRUST and PLAY. As we lay the foundational work to learn the basics of flying, basing, and spotting, you will also learn how to effectively communicate with your partner via verbal/tactile cues and how to express/receive requests with kindness. This workshop will finish with Thai therapeutic bodywork for a little TLC for you and your partner. No prior experience is necessary, only a curious mindset.
