Gentle Flow

Now is the time to deepen our practice. We may not be together in the studio but we are together on our mats. If you do not have a personal practice, now is the perfect time to develop one. Catherine will guide you through a simple flow you can do at home, you can build onto it, add, linger in poses as you wish. Use this time at home to play, to move in your body and to be still in your breath. Yoga prepares us for the challenges in front of us and those yet to come. Our body is our home and we are all still together.
