200-Hour Integrative Yoga Teacher Training in Atlanta

Deepen your practice & empower your life with an 8-month program studying the benefits & practices of Tantra Hatha Yoga.

Whether you wish to teach Yoga or deepen your personal practice, this 8-month program is designed to help you integrate the practice of Yoga into your daily life. Vira Bhava means the "heart of a warrior" - a path for Yogis  of all levels and backgrounds who are dedicated to living with courage and compassion.

Over the course of eight months, we meet monthly for one full weekend (Friday 7-9pm, and Saturday-Sunday 9am-6pm) to explore physical anatomy, alignment, history, philosophy, and body energetics. Rooted in Sri Vidya Tantra Yoga, this training will bring you together with a community of people who are seeking profound transformation in ourselves and the world. Vira Bhava Yoga School offers comprehensive trainings across the country that exceed the Yoga Alliance certification standards. The training in Atlanta, GA is located at Pure Motion Yoga, and led by Maria Borghoff, E-RYT alongside a group of masterful teachers. Upon completing the program, graduates receive a 230-hour certificate of training and are eligible to register as a 200-hour Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance.
